6:45AM: 30 MINUTE SWIM in Lake Monona on the race course (500yard swim course with buoys and water support)
7:30AM: 112 MILE and 56 MILE BIKE with aid stations & special needs, bike support will be available
30-60 MINUTE TRANSITION RUN off the bike
POST SIMULATION: MASSAGE, RECOVERY TOOLS, FOOD, AND DRINKS
