Join Coach Cindi and the women of the Madison Multisport Team for an informative clinic series that will help you prepare for your first or 10th race. Let us help you get on track with your training and learn the ins-and-outs of triathlon. Here is what we have planned:
#1: Monday, April 19 - A successful race experience starts with setting goals and creating a winning training plan. We’ll help you do both and set you on the right track to achieving your personal fitness goals.
#2: Monday, May 17 - My training is going great, so what else do I need to know so I am ready to race in 8 weeks? We’ll touch on several topics including: nutrition, open water swim safety and techniques, tips for comfort on the bike, pacing and more.
#3: Monday, June 21 - Getting ready for race day can be overwhelming. Let us help you prepare by sharing what to pack in your transition bag, what to eat the night before and on race morning, tips on navigating the race venue, and race day suggestions that will assist you in having a fun and successful race.
